Jim Franco

 

“People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”  It is a simple premise that Jim has built his career on.  Jim began his career as a Loan Officer in 2000.  In that same year, Jim was featured as one of the top rookie originators in the country by Mortgage Originator Magazine.  Since then Jim has continued to excel, founding Welcome Home Finance in 2005.  He has also been awarded the Five Star Mortgage Professional for Customer Satisfaction.

 

 In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time boating and fishing with his wife, children and grandchildren.
